The grand entry of the home is what truly sets the tone for the entire property, as large double wood doors open in dramatic fashion. Framed by two staircases leading to the upstairs of the property, a third staircase leads directly into the home's formal living room, complete with massive double-stacked windows overlooking the blue water beyond. The open, two-story space makes the home feel even larger than it already is, as the floorplan leads on to the home's nearby gourmet kitchen with counter seating. Directly next to it is a formal dining table for eight with uninterrupted views of the outside space and the distant waterfront.

As guests shift from the indoor space to the outdoor space, additional staircases lead down to a stone pool deck, with a Jacuzzi tub overlooking a large, heated swimming pool with a refreshing waterfall feature. Kick back on one of the six deck loungers to soak up the sun's rays, or dine at an outside table for eight, as this space is shaded under a thatched, open-air roof. A built-in barbecue and prep station make mealtime a breeze, as you dine al fresco, surrounded by the natural beauty of the region. The majority of the home's four bedrooms provide their own ocean views, leading to an upstairs terrace with private seating. As a bonus, a den adds a sleeper sofa and an ensuite bath of its own, creating even more space and privacy for large groups of guests.

Situated between San Jose del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas, the location delivers tantalizing water and mountain views, perched high on the hillside overlooking the sand and water below. This quiet, upscale section of Los Cabos also positions guests close to world-class golf courses and fantastic beaches.
